Anna Maria Chlumsky, an American actress. She began acting as a child and first became popular for her character Vada Sultenfuss from the film My Girl and its sequel My Girl 2. Following her initial roles, she took a break between 1999 and 2005 to attend colleges. Anna Chlumsky was born on December 3, 1980, in Chicago Illinois to Nancy and Frank Chlumsky Jr. Her mother worked as an air-line attendant, while her father was a chef. Both her parents are gifted artist, and her mother is actress and singer. her father is a musician on the Saxophone. When she was 10 months old, Marshall Fields hired her as a child model for their ads. The couple divorced when she was just two years old, and she was fostered by her single mother.
